Snarfburger, a beloved fast-casual burger chain, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. We are committed to delivering the finest burgers to our loyal customers. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in upholding our high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook burgers according to Snarf's recipes and guidelines.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments efficiently.
Navigate the Snarf’s app to assist customers with points or purchase questions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of flattops, counters, workstations, and fryers.
Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.
Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients throughout food preparation.
Demonstrate basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
Embrace flexibility in scheduling, with availability for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
Comfortable with bussing tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing orders accurately.
Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic cafe setting.
Prior experience in a grocery store or similar food service environment is beneficial.
